At The Levan, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.

2-Day Return Window

You have 2 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to decide if your new fit is right for you.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. This helps us ensure that returned items can be resold to other customers. We're all about keeping things fresh!

What Can't Be Returned

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are free and easy. Just reach out to us, and we'll sort it out for you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? No problem. We'll replace it or issue a full refund immediately—no questions asked. Just let us know with photos, and we'll take care of it.
